Worked out from the above

One value, computed, not collected. Each submission is scored on whether it reads as a sales pitch instead of a real request, using the wording of the message and that country code. Anything scoring as a pitch is marked and is never passed to the hauling company.

Two things follow from that which are worth stating plainly. Nothing additional is gathered in order to do it. And nothing is discarded because of it. A genuine request marked in error is still in the database and still recoverable, which is the entire reason the design marks instead of deleting.

Sent onward

To one local hauling company covering Bellevue, so somebody can get back to you.
To nobody else. Not a lead aggregator, not a data broker, not a mailing list, not a pool of companies bidding for your call.
Never sold. There is no arrangement under which that changes.

That company pays us for the introduction and you pay us nothing. The about page makes the same disclosure, on the principle that a commercial interest buried in a policy nobody reads has not really been disclosed.

Kept, and where

Where. A database on Cloudflare's network, hosted in North America. Cloudflare is our hosting provider and handles requests to this site.
How long. While the request is live and briefly after, so we can confirm you were actually contacted instead of assuming it.
How to end it sooner. Ask, and it goes.

Removal

Send it through the contact form with enough to identify the original request (the phone number you gave is normally sufficient) and say what you want gone. No reply within a few days means it did not reach us, so please send it again rather than assume.

Minors

None of this is directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.

Revisions

The review date at the top moves whenever this text does. It is re-read whenever the form or the code behind it changes, that being the only part of the site that takes anything at all.
